Guardians to married women, " additional to the several Acts now in force relating to the inspection of butter and Lard [Bill - Butter & Lard] " authorizing John Wood to maintain a dam and slip in Little Keizer River, as amended and [Bill - Dam on Little Keizer river] Bill revoking the Charter of the Winthrop Bank as amended and [Bill Winthrop Bank] Resolve in favor of the Massachusetts Medical Society were severally read a second time and passed to be engrossed.

Mr. Miller from the Committee on Engrossed Bills reported the following to be truly copied viz Bill authorizing the owners of the falls and mill privileges on Nequasett falls to erect a dam thereon and the [Bill - Nequasset Falls] was passed to be enacted and also Resolve for making the State Road from Baring to Houlton Plantation near Baskahegan stream, and [Resolve - State Road - Baring to Houlton] " in favor of Josiah Morrill and the same were finally passed. And this Bill and these Resolves were presented to the Governor for his appropriation and signature. [Resolve J. Morrill]
