To the Senate and House of Representatives, The Commissioners appointed under the fifth section of the act entitled "an additional act respecting Banks" passed the twenty third day of February, one thousand eight hundred twenty seven to examine the doings & transactions of the several incorporated Banks in this State, having made a report, the same is laid before the Legislature for their consideration Council Chambers Enoch Lincoln Portland Jany 12, 1828
