Mr Davee of Dover has leave of absence after Thursday next during the remainder of the session.

Bill – to repeal the 26th Sec. of an act entitled an act to organize, govern & discipline the Militia of this State, reported by Mr Alden of Brunswick, was read a 1st & 2nd time & ordered to lie on the table.

Bill – additional to an act to establish the Damariscotta Canal was read a 3d time & passed to be engrossed in concurrence with the Senate.

Bill – revoking the charter of the Kennebec Bank, was amended as on sheet annexed marked A.B. and passed to be engrossed as thus amended. Sent up for concurrence.

Bill - to incorporate the Proprietors of Edgecomb Bridge, was read a second time, amended as on sheet annexed marked B & tomorrow at 10 o clock assigned for a 3d reading.

Bill – respecting toll Bridges, was read a third time and passed to be engrossed in concurrence with the Senate.

Bill – to authorize the Selectmen of Portland to appoint an additional number of Enginemen & for other purposes, was read a third time & passed to be engrossed in concurrence with the Senate.

Mr Bartlett of Garland has leave of absence after tomorrow during the remainder of the session.
