Bill additional to regulate the taking of Fish in Dyers River as amended in the title, and Resolve in favor of James Irish " relating to Cathanse Bridge, as amended, and Resolve making appropriation fro expenses of the State Arsenal were severally read a second time and passed to be engrossed. Sent down for concurrence.

On motion by Mr. Grover a message was sent to the House of Representatives requesting them to send up the Message of the Governor's message and accompanying Resolutions of the State of South Caroline on the subject of State Rights and the House complied with this request.
