Mr. Dummer of Hallowell was appointed a member of the Committee on the Judiciary in place of Mr. Bartlett of Waterville who has leave of absence.
Report on Petition of Inhabitants of Whiting granting leave to withdraw came from the Senate accepted for concurrence and the House nonconcurred and committed the same to the Committee on Division of Towns - sent up for concurrence.
