[Report of order of Feby 18th] Mr. Kavanagh from the Committee on Literature &c on an order of February 18th instructing them to inquire into the expediency of making an additional appropriation for the education of the Deaf and Dumb, reported that no evidence has been furnished that such appropriation is necessary, the Committee ask to be discharged from the further consideration of the subject matter of said order.
