[Motion to accept the report as to Mr. Usher] Mr. Kingsbury moved that so much of the Report of the Committee as relates to the lection of Abijah Usher Jr. be accepted, and this question, on motion by yeas and nays, was decided as follows; [Yeas] Yeas Messrs.
