Report on Petition of Ezekiel Whitman that the same be referred to the next Legislature was read & accepted in concurrence.

Report of Petition of Solomon H. Mudge & others that the same be referred to the next Legislature was read and accepted in concurrence.

Report on Petition of Selectmen of Eden that Ellsworth may be made the shire town of the County of Hancock - granting an order of notice was read and accepted in concurrence.

Resolve in favor of the Westbrook Seminary came from the Senate indefinitely postponed for concurrence - & the House reconsider their former vote in relation to this resolve & concur with the Senate.

Ordered that the Committee on the Pay Roll be instructed to make up the usual number of twenty days additional pay to the Clerk of this House for revising the Entries upon all the original papers which have passed the House the present session - filing the papers & making up the Journal.
