Bill to apportion and asses a tax on the inhabitants of this state of Fifty Thousand Four Hundred & Fifteen dollars & amendment came from the Senate passed to be engrossed as further amended on sheet annexed marked B - for concurrence - and the House so far recede from their former votes as to adopt the amendments proposed by the Senate & pass the Bill to be engrossed as thus amended in concurrence

The Committee on leave of absence were at their request discharge from any further on that subject

The Committee on engrossed Bills report as duly Engrossed Bills to incorporate the Bangor Commercial Bank to incorporate the Maine Bank to incorporate the Fienic [?] Bank to incorporate the Calais Bank which were severally passed to be enacted - sent up for concurrence

The same committee also report as duly Engrossed Resolve providing for the payment of accounts against the State additional Roll no. 12 in favor of John G. Deane for the purchase of stationary in favor of Elisha Dodge for the Payment of certain portions of the Public Debt which were severally finally passed - sent up for concurrence
