The House on motion, took up the consideration of the report of the Committee, to whom was referred the Messages of the 8th & 9th inst &c, and after considering the same until the usual hour of adjournment and without coming to a decision thereon, the House,
Adjourned until 1/2 past two o clock this Afternoon.
Afternoon. Met according to adjournment.
The House resumed the consideration of the report of the Committee to whom was referred the Messages of the Governor of the 8th & 9th inst. &c, and after a long & protracted discussion, the report was accepted.
