On motion of Mr Kent of Bangor Ordered, That the joint standing Committee on the Judiciary be instructed to inquire into the expediency of requiring the Affidavit of Witnesses to the truth of their certificates of travel & attendance in civil causes - read & passed. Sent up for concurrence.
