[Order for Petitions] Orders were received from the House of Representatives, requesting the following papers to be sent down from the files of the Senate. To wit. Petition of Thomas Smiley & others " of George Downes & others " for the incorporation of the town of Blanchard

[Order for two members to be joined to Comm. on Apportionment of Representatives] Ordered, that two members be added to the Joint Standing Committee on the apportionment of Representatives, and Messrs. Ingalls and Eastman were joined.
