The House resumed the consideration of the Resolve for the benefit of Waterville College which was before the House at the time of its adjournment yesterday - The question being, "Shall the Resolve pass to be engrossed. - After much discussion the question was taken by yeas & nays and decided in the negatives as follows Yeas 60 Nays 67 [see appendix page 283.]
