An order came from the Senate for concurrence directing the Committee on Turnpikes, Bridges & Canals to inquire into the expediency of so amending the law as to authorize the Court of Sessions to order & direct what kind of Boats shall be kept at the several Ferries & how the same shall be propelled - and the House concurred.
