(197) Friday 5th March 1830. [Order relative to printing Rules & Orders] On motion by Mr. Hilton, the Senate so far reconsidered their vote whereby they ordered two hundred copies of the Rules and Orders of the Senate to be printed, as to amend the said order by striking out the words "Two hundred" and inserting in lieu thereof the words "One hundred". [Bill to incorporate the town of Blanchard] The Bill entitled "An act to incorporate the Town of Blanchard" was taken up, and, on motion, referred to the next Legislature. Sent down for concurrence. Concurred. [Report of Com. on line between Hollis and Waterborough] The Report of the Joint Standing Committee on the Incorporation of Towns on the subject of the dividing line between Hollis and Waterborough, was taken up and, on motion, the subject matter thereof was referred to the next Legislature. Sent down for concurrence. Concurred. [Bill to regulate taking Fish in Sebasticook River in Clinton] Mr. Hutchings, from the Joint Standing Committee on Interior Fisheries, on the Petition of the Selectmen of Clinton, reported a Bill entitled " An act to regulate the taking of fish called Salmon, Shad and alewives in the Sebasticook River in the town of Clinton", which was read the first time and tomorrow at ten o'clock A.M. was assigned for the second reading. [Bill. First School District in Bucksport] Mr. Megquier, from the Select Committee to whom was referred a Bill entitled "An act to authorize the First School District in Bucksport to raise money for defraying the cost of ringing a Meeting house bell" reported the same with an amendment.
