Report on petition of Amos Fletcher & als, granting an order of notice, was read & accepted in concurrence with the Senate
Ordered that the committee on finance take from the amount as set to the town of Surry in the tax of last year the sum of sixty three dollars & eighty five Cents and add the same to the town of Ellsworth in the tax act of the present year - read & passed.
