(209) [Freeport Fishing Company] Fishing Company" came up taken into a New Draft entitled " An act to incorporate the Freeport Wharf Company", the Senate so far receded from their former vote as to adopt the New Draft in room of the Original Bill and then passed the same to be Engrossed in concurrence. [Resolve. aid History of Maine] The Resolve entitled "Resolve to aid in the publication of a General History of Maine" was taken up and, on motion, indefinitely postponed. (See Monday 8th March) [Bill. Topsham to Bowdoinham] The Bill entitled "An act to annex part of the Town of Topsham to the Town of Bowdoinham" was taken up and passed to be Engrossed. Sent down for concurrence. [Bill & Resolve passed to be enacted] The Committee on Engrossed Bills reported the following Bills to be truly copied from the Originals; viz: "An act to incorporate the Town of Acton". "An act for the relief of Debtors to the State". "An act to set off Johnston's Island from Waldoborough to Bremen". "An act establishing the Town line between Bristol and Bremen". "An act to authorize George F. Richardson exclusively to navigate the Androscoggin River with Horse Boats". And the same severally passed to be Enacted, in concurrence. The same Committee reported the following Resolve to be truly copies from the Original; vis: "Resolve for the admission of Roscoe G. Greene to practice Law in the Court of Common Pleas and for other purposes". and the same finally passed, in concurrence.

The foregoing Bills and Resolves were this day, presented to the Governor for his approbation and signature.
