On motion of Mr Bryant of Fairfield Ordered, That the committee on the Judiciary be requested to consider the expediency of providing by law that persons who are disabled by age, sickness, lameness or other infirmity shall be exempted from the payment of a poll Tax - read & passed. The committee on engrossed Bills reported as duly engrossed Bill - to incorporate Cherryfield Academy which was passed to be enacted. Sent up for concurrence
