John Burnham] Mr. Kingsbury from the Committee on the Judiciary reported leave to withdraw on the petition of John Burnham and others Selectmen of Orland. concurred. and on order of February 5th, respecting the legal liabilities of Plantations to support their poor, that legislation is inexpedient. [Bill to prevent] Bill to prevent the destruction of Alewives in Little River in the town of Perry came up amended for concurrence and the Senate concurred.
