two Houses of the Legislature in the Representatives Chamber at eleven in the forenoon tomorrow for the purpose of choosing seven Counsellors to advise the Governour in the Executive part of the Government the present political year, and also to choose a Secretary of State; which message was delivered by the Secretary. A Message was received from the House concurring in the foregoing proposition.
Mr Meqquier, from the Joint Select Committee appointed to wait on the Governour, and inform him that the Legislature are ready to receive ant communication he mat be pleased to make, reported that the committee had preformed the duty assigned them, and the Governour was pleased to say, that he would, forthwith, make a written communication to both branches of the Legislature.
