[Resolve amended and passed] Resolve for the benefit of the Maine Wesleyan Seminary came up passage refused and the Senate having reconsidered their former vote amended the Resolve and passed the same to be engrossed as amended. Sent down for concurrence.

[Report Legislation inexpedient] Mr. Parsons from the committee on State Lands on order of January 30th requiring the Committee to make inquiry into the expediency of providing by Law that the Land Agent shall make report of all his proceedings to the Legislature before the second Wednesday of each session reported that, as all the information may be obtained by a request to the Governor, they deem it inexpedient to legislate on the subject.
