Report of the committee to whom was referred an order of 16th Feby directing them to inquire into the expediency of passing a law to exempt members of the Legislature from being served with Trustee process, that legislation on that subject is inexpedient, was read & accepted.

Resolve for the purchase of Stationary [stationery] & other Articles, was read a second time & passed to be engrossed in concurrence with the Senate.

Resolve in favor of Limerick Academy, was taken up & the House refused to reconsider their vote refusing the Resolve a passage.

Resolve in favor of Nathaniel Springer was read a second time & refused a passage. Sent up for concurrence.

Bill - additional act to exempt certain goods & chattels from attachment, execution & distress, was read a third time & passed to be engrossed. Sent up for concurrence.

Bill - additional to an act to establish a Court of Common Pleas came from the Senate amended for concurrence - and the House recede from their former vote & pass the Bill to be engrossed in concurrence with the Senate.

Bill - to prevent the destruction of Moose, Deer & Carraboo [caribou] came from the Senate, passage refused - The House adhere to their vote passing the same to be engrossed.
