The Committee appointed to prepare & report a list of members - the town or class which each represents & the number of the seat which each occupies made a report which report being read an order that the seats of James Adams & Joseph Durell both from the district of Embden &c be vacated until it be ascertained which is entitled to his seat was introduced by Mr. White of Monmouth which order being read & passed the report was accordingly amended. read & accepted
