[Bills enacted] The committee on engrossed Bills reported as truly copied from the original, the following Bills, to wit: "An Act to incorporate the Proprietors of the Austin Stream Grist Mill" and "An Act authorizing the County Commissioners of the County of York to lay out a public highway over the tide waters of the Kennebunk River", and the same were severally passed to be enacted.
