On motion of Mr. Kingsbury, Ordered, that whenever confidential communications are received from the Governor, the Senate chamber shall be cleared of all persons, except for the members, Secretary and Messenger , and all proceedings while in such session shall by all persons present be kept secret until by order or resolution the injunction of secrecy shall be taken off.

Kingsbury, Ingalls, Gardner and Steele, with such as the House may join.
