Order from the House, directing the committee on the Judiciary to enquire into the expediency of amending the law in relation to cost in criminal prosecutions so that no fees shall be allowed witnesses on the part of the State on continued criminal prosecutions, until the Third day of the term of the Judicial Courts, and that witnesses at the preceeding terms shall be recognized to make their appearance at said next term on said third day.
