Petition of Inhabitants of East Pond Plantation for a separate proportion of Representation, was read and referred to the Committee on Apportionment of Representatives &c - sent up for concurrence

Petition of Selectmen of Milo that the lot of land in said town reserved to the State may be granted to them - was read and referred to the Committee on State Lands - sent up for concurrence.

Ordered that the Committee who have under consideration the subject of State printing be respectfully requested to report to this House what progress they have made on this subject - sent up for concurrence

A communication was received from Elias Thomas late Treasurer of State, in relation to papers and information concerning wild land &c. which was read and sent up -

The House resumed the consideration of the report on petition of John Chute and others granting leave to withdraw sent down from the Senate accepted for concurrence - and the House concurred.

Bill - relating to the practice of Physic and Surgery was read and laid on the table and Monday next at eleven o'clock assigned for further consideration of the same -

Bill - in addition to the several acts respecting Judicial process and proceedings was taken up and Tuesday
