------ making further provision for the partition of real Estate which were severally passed to be enacted.
 
The same Committee reported as duly engrossed -
 
Resolve for selling timber on the Indian Townships  - which was finally passed.
 
  
Report of Committee on Judiciary on the Order of the 18th instant in relation to amending an additional act to provide for the sale and distribution of Ministerial and School funds  - that legislation on the subject is inexpedient - came from the Senate accepted for concurrence and the House concurred.
