Inhbts. of Lovell, Waterford, Albany.] Mr. Fuller from the Joint standing committee on Agriculture, reported leave to bring in Bills on the petition of Michael Newbert, Jr. and others, and on the petition of the Inhabitants of Lovell, Waterford and Albany, which were read and recommitted to the same committee, with instructions to incorporate both of said Bills into one.
