Bill - to annex part of the land of E. Thompson and S. Rounds to Bloomfield.

The resignation of Major General Stephen Berry of the sixth Division having been received and accepted - I now make it known to the two Branches of the Legislature, that the Office of Major General of the sixth Division of the Militia of this state is now vacant.
