As the fall/winter season comes on in Maine I note with sorrow that excess power is not being lined[?] into our state from Canada, that the Alagash may still be endangered, that the Searsport area is over planned with nuclear/coal plants I trust will never materialize, that Eastport may be oil spoiled, that the tides remain untouched.
