On motion of Mr. Parks of Bangor - Ordered that the Committee on Claims who have under consideration the Petition of Edward Russell for additional pay for services rendered in the office of Secretary of State be empowered and directed to inspect the Records of the doings of the Governor and Council during the period said Russell excercised [exercised] the office of Secretary of State and report thereon to this Legislature - sent up for concurrence.
Resolve - additional to a Resolve for a Special Term of the Supreme Judicial Court for the County of of Somerset was read a first time and passed to be engrossed sent up for concurrence.
