Report of Committee on the Judiciary on an Order relative to providing by law that all actions of Trespass &c shall survive in favor of and against Administrators and Executors, that legislation on the subject is inexpedient - came from the Senate accepted for concurrence and the House concurred.

Report of the same Committee on order relative to changing the existing law in relation to the compensation of the Clerks of Courts in the serval Counties &c - that legislation in that subject is inexpedient came from the Senate accepted for concurrence and the House concurred.

Report of the same Committee granting leave to withdraw on Petition of Daniel Smith and Sally Smith came from the accepted for concurrence and the House concurred.
