The Committee on Engrossed Bills report as duly engrossed - Bill revoking the Charter of the Kennebunk Bank - - authorizing the Selectmen of the Town of Bangor to appoint a corps of Fire Enginemen. - to incorporate the town of Blanchard - which were severally passed to be enacted - sent up for concurrence.
