Reports on the petitions of Nathan Hills & als of Joseph Sewall & als of Bath - Daniel Merrill Thomas T Stone & als Committee of Bremen Joseph Sewall & als of Farmington - granting leave to Withdraw, were severally read & [cross out] accepted in concurrence with the Senate
Reports on the petitions of Joseph Hacker Selectmen of Warren Ephraim Thompson & al Selectmen of Alna granting an Order of Notice, were severally read and accepted in concurrence with the Senate.
The House reconsidered their vote of this morning accepting the Report on the petition of Joseph Sewall & others of Bath & recommitted the report to the committee who made the same.
Report on the petition of John Drummond & als referring the same to the next Legislature, was read & accepted in concurrence with the Senate.
Report on the Order of Febry 9th 1830 relative to the expediency of changing the punishment of certain crimes - & - on the Order of Febry 15th 1830 relative to the expediency of abolishing the office of Crier of Courts - that legislation of these subjects is inexpedient, were read & accepted in concurrence with the Senate.
