The Secretary of the Senate laid upon the table a list of business referred to this Legislature, which was ordered to lie on the table. Order, offered by Mr. Burnham, providing for the appointment of a committee of ways and means, was taken up, and a passage refused. On motion of Mr. Megquier, ordered, that when the Senate adjourn, it adjourn to meet again at half past two o'clock this afternoon. Adjourned.
