Resolve providing compensation for the Messinger [Messenger] of the Governor & Council & for the Draftsman was read 1 & 2d. time and passed in to be Engrossed in concurrence

Resolve providing for the publication of Reports of the trials had in Circuit Courts Martial was read a 2d. time and passed to be Engrossed in concurrence

Resolve directing a return of organized plantations laid on the table by Mr. Herrick of Lewiston was read & refused a passage sent up for concurrence

The Committee on Engrossed Bills report as duly Engrossed Bill altering the terms of the Supreme Judicial Court in the Counties of Hancock & Washington respecting the anchoring of vessels on the fishing grounds near the Manannas & Monhegan Islands additional respecting Winthrop Bank which were severally passed to be enacted - sent up for concurrence
