Dear Sir, Would like to know if a Mr. Edmond Champagne has registred [sic] at your office for being an alien. Have not heard at all from him for six yrs. now If you could help me in any way I would be greatly pleased. He served with the Canadians in around 1918 he is a world war Veterean [sic].
