A Message was received from the Senate by their Secretary proposing a convention of both branches of the Legislature in the Representatives Hall on Monday next at twelve o'clock for the purpose of electing a Treasurer of State, requesting the concurrence of the House and the House concurred - and the Clerk by Message acquainted the Senate therewith.
