I herewith transmit for the information of the Legislature Resolutions of the General Assembly of the State of Georgie relative to the appropriations by the General Government for the purpose of internal improvements and also a resolution of the same State making application to Congress for the call of a convention of the people to amend the Constitution of the United States. I also transmit Resolutions of the Legislature of the State of Illinois for the purpose of procuring the passage of a law by Congress for the more perfect organization of the Militia of the several States
