Mr. Talbot from the Joint Standing Committee on Turnpikes, Bridges and Canals to whom was referred the petition of William R. Bodfish and others, praying that they may be incorporated into a body politic for the purpose of constructing a Toll Bridge; reported an order of notice on the same. Read and accepted. Sent down for concurrence.
Mr. Davee from the Joint Standing Committee on the Incorporation of Towns, reported an order of notice on the petition of Richard H. Walker and others. Read and accepted, sent down for concurrence.
The following Joint Select Committee on the subject of a State Hospital was announced by the President on the part of the Senate and joined as follows, to wit;
