On motion of Mr. Herrick, Ordered that a message be sent to the House of Representatives proposing a Convention of the two branches of the Legislature this day at twelve o'clock in the Representatives Hall for the purpose of qualifying Amos H. Hodgman, Councillor elect from the District of Lincoln. Read and passed, which message was delivered by the Secretary.
On motion of Mr. Webb the Committee on Division of Towns was discharged from consideration of the petition of Nicholas Rideout Jr. and others, and the same was referred to the Committee on the Incorporation of Towns Send down for concurrence.
