A message was received from the Senate by their Secretary informing the House that the Senate nonconcur in the amendment proposed by the House to the amendment of the Senate in a Bill to prevent fraud in the inspection of Fish and adhere to their vote passing the Bill to be engrossed as by them amended, and the House recede from their vote amending the amendment of the Senate and pass the same to be engrossed in concurrence.
