The Remonstrance of Theodore Ingalls and others; " of N. S. Littlefield and others; The proceedings of the town of Bridgton; Remonstrance of the Selectmen of Harrison against the petition of Ira Crocker and others for a new town, were severally read and referred to the joint Standing Committee on Incorporation of towns in concurrence.

The petition of Stephen Coffin and others for an amendment of the Act incorporating the Proprietors of the Damariscotta Bridge; The Remonstrance of the town of Harpswell against the petition of Samuel Orr and others for leave to build a Bridge, were severally read and referred to the joint Standing Committee on Turnpikes Bridges and Canals in concurrence.

The petition of Wm. H. Savels and others inhabitants of Gardiner, praying for a Division of the lands belonging to the State among the Male citizens thereof. Read and referred to the Committee on State Lands in concurrence.

The petition of the Inhabitants of the Plantation of Sunkhase to be incorporated into a town by the name of Milford; read and referred to the com. on Incor. of Towns in C. " of Reuben Bagley and others to organize the Militia. Read and referred to the joint Standing Committee on the Militia. Sent down for concurrence.
