Members -- 75 citizens representing interests of chil-dren appointed by the Governor, 1959-1961; 20 including 1 each from House of Representatives, Senate, De-partments of Education, Health and Welfare, Mental Health and Corrections, and 15 representative citizens all appointed by the Governor, 1961-1971.
