Pratt of this place, who is desirous of securing the appointment of Assistant Surgeon in one of the Regiments about to be raised in this State. I confess I have an interest in the Doct. he is my son-in-law. I am solicitous, therefore, for his present and future success, as you may well suppose. He belongs to a good family, his parents still living in Greene. He has been in Practice as a Physician and surgeon several years in this place with good success and will without
