Thursday March 11th 1830 Met according to adjournment. On motion of Mr. Mann of Gorham, Ordered, That the committee on the Judiciary be instructed to enquire into the expediency of establishing by law the fees of Pound Keepers - read & passed. Sent up for concurrence.
The committee on engrossed Bills reported as duly engrossed, Resolve, further providing for erecting & completing the Public Buildings,
- laying a Tax on the several Counties in this State which were severally finally passed. Sent up for concurrence.
The same committee reported as duly engrossed Bill additional act regulating Judicial Process & proceedings - which was passed to be enacted. Sent up for concurrence.
