The annual report of the Warden of the State Prison was read and referred to the joint standing committee on the State Prison, in concurrence.
The committee on engrossed Bills reported as truly copied from the original an act to increase the capital stock of the Central Bank and the same was passed to be enacted.
The Senate reconsider the vote whereby the report of the committee on the incorporation of towns, on the petition of John Spofford and others, was accepted, and recommit the same to the same committee. Sent down for concurrence.
