During the past season, the amount granted by the State and received from individuals, for the improvement of the road leading through the North of the White Hills has been, nearly all, faithfully expended by the Agents, and the distance of eighteen and a half miles from Ethan A Crawford's to Littleton Village has been made a good carriage road; and repairs have also been made in the town of Bartlett this side of the Mountains.
