The report of the committee on the Incorporation of Towns on the petition of John Spofford and others, granting leave to withdraw, came up from the House accepted for concurrence and the Senate concur.
The petition of inhabitants of plantation No 7 and part of No 8 to be incorporated into a town was read and referred to the committee on the incorporation of towns, in concurrence.
